More and more organizations have become aware of the importance of improving the user experience (UX) in their environments.
In the digital industry, where competitiveness and dynamism are increasingly aggressive, innovation, through methodologies such as Lean or Design Thinking, is becoming increasingly necessary.
The Lean UX Workshop is the perfect complement to develop the skills that optimize the focus on the user and, at the same time, leverage Lean models to streamline the process efficiently.
In this workshop, we will take a practical tour of the tools and methodologies that will help us bring innovation and efficiency processes to our organizations.
