Est\u00e1 ubicado en el Malec\u00f3n 2000, a orillas del r\u00edo Guayas, espec\u00edficamente en la intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Nueve de Octubre y Malec\u00f3n Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar en el centro urbano de la ciudad.
