Many teams know what they do and how they do it, but few can clearly articulate why they do it.

This face-to-face experience supports leaders and teams in discovering that fundamental purpose that transforms the way they innovate, decide, and collaborate.

We facilitate the transformation of teams that "do a lot of things" into teams that know exactly why they exist. Based on Simon Sinek's Find Your Why method.

Why do it

Lack of clarity about the purpose of your organization or team can have real consequences: efficient but unconvincing work, decisions made out of inertia, forced innovation, and talent that loses emotional connection.

It's not about inventing an aspirational phrase. It's about unearthing the "why" that already exists in the team's real stories and turning it into a practical compass for everyday life.

At the end, your team will have built its “Why Statement” and each person will understand how their role contributes to that collective purpose.

Benefits

✅ Greater cohesion and commitment.
✅ More authentic and inspiring communication.
✅ Decisions aligned with values.
✅ Innovation with direction and purpose.

For teams experiencing any of these situations

  • They have resources and talent, but they lack clear direction. Every strategic decision becomes a long debate because there is no fundamental criterion for evaluating options.

  • They are in the midst of an organizational transition. Whether it's a merger, a leadership change, or a business pivot, they need to create a unified identity that everyone can embrace.

  • They have to prioritize among dozens of initiatives without a clear direction. They have too many interesting options but no clear filter to decide what really matters.
  • They feel a disconnect between what they communicate and what motivates people. Corporate discourse sounds good in presentations, but it doesn't generate genuine commitment in everyday life.

  • They started with a clear purpose but lost it along the way. Growth brought complexity, and now they need to rediscover what makes them unique.

❌ What this workshop is NOT

It's not cosmetic internal branding. It's not a motivational session that generates temporary enthusiasm. It's not team building disguised as strategy. It's a rigorous process of discovery that requires vulnerability, honesty, and genuine commitment to what emerges.

If your team is ready for that deep work, this workshop will be transformative.

How the discovery process works

This workshop uses Simon Sinek's Golden Circle methodology, adapted to the realities of teams working under pressure and in complex contexts. It's not abstract theory, but a facilitation process that generates insights translatable into concrete decisions.

The workshop is structured in three movements:

First, we uncover the team's founding stories. Not the official versions from corporate presentations, but the real moments of the people involved.

Second, we synthesize these patterns using collaborative tools and exercises.

Third, we build a purpose statement with a specific structure that functions as a strategic compass, not as an advertising slogan.

What the teams experience after the workshop

When a team discovers its true purpose, its behavior changes, not just its rhetoric. Strategic decisions are made with greater clarity, prioritization conversations become more productive because everyone understands what's aligned and what's just noise, and conflicts are resolved more quickly with a shared framework.

External communication is also transformed. A team that knows its "WHY" attracts clients, partners, and talent who resonate with that purpose. They no longer try to convince everyone; they connect deeply with the right people. Growth becomes more sustainable.

But the most profound result is internal: people regain meaning in their daily work. They understand how their Tuesday afternoon task contributes to something larger. This doesn't eliminate difficulties, but it contextualizes them within a worthwhile narrative.

The National Board of Values Education of Ecuador worked on a process of discovering purpose and impact strategy in an experience that we built with Impact Tank.

"Thanks to your valuable support, we have been able to define the purpose and impact strategy that our group will implement over the next few years, which will benefit the transformation of the lives of children and adolescents in our country, their families and educational communities, based on a comprehensive values-based education."
Dr. Nelson Guim Bastidas y Ab. Anunzziatta Valdéz Larrea, Coordinadores MNEV

Why Design Thinking?

Did you know that the innovations that have occurred throughout history share fundamental characteristics? Two of these have to do with the ability to experiment, fail, and learn and the need to resolve real problems of people and societies.

Today the scenario is no different, we have a globalized, changing, and competitive world.

That is why innovating is no longer optional for organizations, so creating and adopting a mindset oriented to innovation is key to being competitive and sustainable.

That is where Design Thinking comes in, a methodology that will give you a structured and functional framework to face present and future challenges.
